Brief Specification Description: Fully recognize the significance of carrying out innovation and improvement work in public cultural and tourism spaces, strengthen organizational leadership, vigorously promote, widely mobilize, and carefully cultivate, striving to use competitions as the starting point and evaluations to promote innovation; Breaking down the boundaries of formats, attributes, and systems, advocating for the whole society to pay attention to and participate in the construction of public cultural and tourism spaces; Vigorously promote the achievements of "Beautiful Space", actively output concepts, experiences, and resources, select several new models of beautiful public cultural and tourism spaces, and further meet the growing high-quality cultural needs of the masses

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 This project is specifically designed for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. 3.2 Comply with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Service Management Measures. 3.3 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) [based on credit records within the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the first response document].
