SUBJECT: REQUEST QUTATION FOR VESSEL RENTAL FOR THE PROJECT DREDGING OF THE PORT OF TEMA

 

Dear sir,

We CHEC as the contractor of the GPHA, now we are finding subcontractors to do the necessary work on site for the project Dredging of the port of Tema. The specifications and requirements are as follow :

1.Scope of Service: Vessel Rental

2.Service Location:Project site

4.Service Requirements: Marine dredging pipeline and spare parts equipment hoisting, transshipment, towing, and related operations

5.Service Period : 6 months, form 15^th November 2025 to 14^th May 2026

6.Requirements for equipment and manpower : Multi-purpose crane vessel

7.Payment

7.1 Advance payment：The advance payment shall be equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the Accepted Contract Amount, excluding VAT

7.2 Progress payment：Both parties shall conduct monthly confirmations. Our company will make payment within 30 days of receiving the employer's progress payment.

7.3 Advance payment deduction：Minimum of 15% of each Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) or a Maximum of 20% of the total Advance Payment, whichever is the lesser to be deducted from the net IPC amount due under each interim payment certificate until full covey.

7.4 Reserve fund：5% of the value of works executed until the total amount retained reaches a maximum limit of 2.5% of the Accepted Contract Amount.

8.Performance Guarantee:10% of the Contract Amount

9.Others:

9.1 You shall be solely responsible for obtaining the relevant permits.

9.2 During the term of the subcontract agreement, the price agreed upon by both parties shall not be adjusted.

10.Quotation List

Notes:

(1) Quotations must specify the currency. This quotation excludes taxes and fees. Invoices will be issued in the form of formal invoices.

(2) The quotation must include all labor costs, material costs, vessel machinery usage fees, management fees, safety measures fees, and all related expenses.

(3)Please clearly specify unit prices,total prices, and a detailed breakdown of cost components. Indicate the quotation validity period (recommended to be no less than 30 days).

(4)Quotation deadline time limit:21^th November 2025.

(5)Quotation Method:Email with the sign and stamped quotation in the attachment.

(6)Please also provide all the company's business license and other relevant certificates.
