Brief Specification Description: The main implementation contents of this project include the removal and transportation of subgrade waste soil from the Jiaqiao Town reduction area (numbered S202501211003964), as well as the backfilling of soil. The reduction area requires the removal of approximately 17,953.92 tons of waste soil, and approximately 12,468 cubic meters of soil for land reclamation. (The specific quantities and requirements can be found in the bill of quantities/ drawings.)
合同履约期限：本项目施工工期90日历天，计划开工日期：2025年12月20日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）
The Contract Period: The construction period of this project is 90 calendar days. The planned start date is December 20, 2025 (tentative, the exact start date will be subject to the notification from the purchaser).

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：3.具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4.具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
5.拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6.业绩要求：无；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possessing a construction project contracting qualification of level III or above in architecture; 4. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 5. The project leader to be dispatched should have the registered construction engineer qualification of level II or above in architecture, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
