China Harbour Engineering Company Limited is currently seeking a reliable supplier for the rental of construction machinery to support ongoing project activities. We kindly request your company to provide a quotation based on the following preliminary requirements:
1. Rental Equipment and Technical Requirements
1) Truck Crane (25t)
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Rental Period: 80 shifts
- Normal Working Hours: Not less than 8 hours/shift
- Operator: Included
- Fuel: Provided by the Lessor
2) Truck Crane (50t)
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Rental Period: 150 shifts
- Normal Working Hours: Not less than 8 hours/shift
- Operator: Included
- Fuel: Provided by the Lessor
3) Truck Crane (80t)
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Rental Period: 60 shifts
- Normal Working Hours: Not less than 8 hours/shift
- Operator: Included
- Fuel: Provided by the Lessor
4) Flatbed Trailer Set (40t)
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Rental Period: 180 shifts
- Normal Working Hours: Not less than 8 hours/shift
- Operator: Included
- Fuel: Provided by the Lessor
5) Long-arm Excavator (Boom Length ≥ 20m)
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Rental Period: 30 shifts
- Normal Working Hours: Not less than 8 hours/shift
- Operator: Included
- Fuel: Provided by the Lessor
2.Payment Terms
(1) Progress payment: The rental fee for each month shall be confirmed by both parties on the 25th of each month and paid within 30 days after confirmation.
(2) Performance bond: 10% of the contract amount.
3. Other Requirements
- The quotation shall remain valid for not less than 30 calendar days from the date of submission.
- The rental unit price shall include mobilization and demobilization costs.
- Routine maintenance and repairs during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the supplier.
- All equipment must possess valid documentation and comply with applicable local regulations.
- All machinery must possess the required permits and documentation for entering and operating within the Old Port of Tema, Ghana.
- The quotation shall clearly indicate rental unit price per shift, mobilization/demobilization fees (if any), and total amount (excluding tax).
