Invitation to quote

尊敬的：Dear：

我公司就坦桑尼亚姆班巴湾新码头开发的设计与建造工程助航项目所需仪器及配套软件进行公开直接采购，兹邀请贵公司前来应答及报价，先将有关事项说明如下：

Our company is conducting an open direct procurement of the instruments and supporting software required for the navigational aid project for the design and construction of the new terminal at Mtwara Bay, Tanzania. We hereby invite your company to respond and submit a quotation, with the relevant matters explained as follows:

一、项目名称：坦桑尼亚姆班巴湾新码头开发的设计与建造。

 Project Name: Design and construction of the new wharf development in Mbamba Bay, Tanzania.

二、项目地点：Mbamba Bay，Songea，Tanzania。

   Project location: Mbamba Bay，Songea，Tanzania.

三、工期：2025年12月-2025年12月。

   Construction period: December 2025 - December 2025.

四、询价物资：清单内的助航项目所需仪器及配套软件进行报价。

  Fourth, the inquiry materials: Provide a quotation for the instruments and supporting software required for the navigation aid projects listed.

五、交货时间：根据施工进度，我方分批提供采购清单。

  Delivery time: According to the construction progress, we will provide the purchase list in batches.

六、付款方式及期限：按照项目部订单进行运输，到场验收合格后15个工作日进行结算付款，买方在规定的时间内向卖方支付货款，卖方应提前向买方提供发票，具体事宜由双方协商。

  Payment method and period: Transportation shall be carried out according to the project department's order. Payment shall be settled within 15 working days after on-site inspection and acceptance. The buyer shall pay the seller within the specified time, and the seller shall provide the invoice to the buyer in advance. Specific matters shall be negotiated by both parties.

七、报价要求：

1. 报价应含单价、总价，由法定代表人或授权人签字并加盖公章。

2. 具有企业独立法人资格，具有有效的营业执照。

3. 标明是否含税和运费。

4. 所供产品必须符合坦桑尼亚当地有关标准和甲方需求。

5. 仅对经营范围内物资进行报价。

Quotation requirements:

1. The quotation should include the unit price and the total price, and be signed by the legal representative or authorized person and stamped with the official seal.

2. Have the independent legal personality of the enterprise and have a valid business license.

3. Indicate whether tax is included and shipping fee.

4. The supplied products must meet the requirements of Party A.

5. Only quotation for materials within the scope of business.
