简要规则描述：为解决由群租而引发的公共安全事件、消防安全事件、邻里纠纷等诸多问题，为了还老百姓们一个舒适安全的生活、居住环境，以大大降低12345工单的重复性和不满意率，本项目拟通过公开竞争性磋商的方式选取一家合格的供应商对三林镇群租房开展全面整治行动，同时对于居委在启动联勤联动后仍无法处置的12345涉及群租的工单开展集中整治，并要求配备专业车辆清运整治过程中产生的高低床等物资。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: In order to solve many problems such as public safety incidents, fire safety incidents, neighborhood disputes and so on caused by group renting, to provide a comfortable and safe living and living environment for ordinary people, and to greatly reduce the repetition and dissatisfaction rate of 12,345 work orders, this project plans to select a qualified supplier to carry out comprehensive rectification actions for group renting in Sanlin Town through open competitive negotiation, and at the same time, to carry out centralized rectification for 12,345 work orders involving group renting that cannot be disposed of by the neighborhood committee after the joint logistics linkage is started, and it is required to be equipped with professionals. 合同履约期限：12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。
