Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Mainly through the daily operation and maintenance to ensure the security and continuity of the government extranet, and eliminate all kinds of accidents that may occur. Improve the system and mechanism to ensure the normal, stable and reliable operation of the network and equipment involved in this maintenance project, respond and solve problems in time, effectively reduce the response time of network maintenance, improve the quality and efficiency of the whole network operation, so as to ensure the normal operation of the network, and make corresponding adjustments and modifications to the network according to the changes of relevant national laws, regulations and policies and the development of specific businesses in the new district. (See Chapter 3 Service Requirements for details). Bidders participating in this bidding can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time, but each bidder can only win one package for the above packages.

简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：中国（上海）自贸区自主可控自建云基础平台于2021年验收，自上线以来，已成为新区信息化的重要基础设施，为新区各委办单位适配改造的应用系统提供基础软硬件支撑，已承载运行20余家委办单位的数十个生产业务系统，现拟通过公开的方式选取一家合格的单位为自建云平台的设备维保及日常运行技术服务。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）。参加本次投标的投标人，可对一个包件进行投标，也可对多个包件同时进行投标，但每个投标人针对上述包件只能中标一个包件。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone's self-controllable self-built cloud infrastructure platform was accepted in 2021. Since it was launched, it has become an important infrastructure for the informationization of the new district, providing basic software and hardware support for the application systems adapted and reformed by all the entrusted units in the new district. It has carried dozens of production business systems running by more than 20 entrusted units. Now it is planned to select a qualified unit to provide equipment maintenance and daily operation technical services for the self-built cloud platform through public means. (See Chapter 3 Service Requirements for details). Bidders participating in this bidding can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time, but each bidder can only win one package for the above packages.
合同履约期限：各包件服务期限为自合同签订之日起一年。
The Contract Period: The service period of each package is one year from the date of signing the contract.
