简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：浦东新区视频会议系统现，主会场设在新区办公中心，各分会场覆盖到全区各集中办公中心，各街镇和各开发区管委会。上海浦东办公中心的510会议室和710会议室作为重要会议场所，其内部的会议系统设备的稳定运行对于各类会议的顺利开展至关重要。为确保整个会议系统的持续高效运行，本项目拟通过公开的方式选取一家合格的供应商对高清视频会议系统及会议室内本地设备提供全面的运行维护服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: At present, the main venue of the video conference system in Pudong New Area is located in the office center of the new area, and the sub-venues cover all centralized office centers, towns and development zone management committees in the whole area. Meeting rooms 510 and 710 in Shanghai Pudong Office Center are important meeting places, and the stable operation of the internal conference system equipment is very important for the smooth development of various meetings. In order to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the whole conference system, this project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the high-definition video conference system and local equipment in the conference room through public means. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements).
合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为自合同签订之日起一年。
The Contract Period: The service period of this project is one year from the date of signing the contract.

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）落实预留份额措施，提高中小企业在政府采购中的份额，扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业均不执行价格折扣优惠。（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。
