简要规则描述：本项目建设地点位于曹路镇前锋村、星火村，黎明村，实施面积为86.9亩。前锋村项目地块北至金海路，东至东川公路，南至秦家港路；星火村地块东至星丰路，南至虹星路；黎明村地块北至金海路，东临人民塘路，南接龚路公路。主要间伐（疏伐）、苗木补植、修枝、割灌除草、绿化提升、基础设施建设等。间伐品种主要为女贞、无患子等。补植树包括浙江楠、香樟等。植物景观提升主要树种包括：三角枫、白玉兰、红玉兰等。种植地被包括：小兔子儿狼尾草、金叶石菖蒲、大花金鸡菊等。基础设施建设内容包括：新建红色沥青道路、休闲平台、太阳能路灯等。具体要求详见磋商文件内采购需求及工程量清单。
Brief Specification Description: The construction site of this project is located in Qianfeng Village, Xinghuo Village, and Liming Village in Caolu Town, covering an implementation area of 86.9 acres. The project site in Qianfeng Village extends north to Jinhai Road, east to Dongchuan Highway, and south to Qinjia Port Road; the site in Xinghuo Village extends east to Xingfeng Road and south to Hongxing Road; the site in Liming Village extends north to Jinhai Road, east to Renmin Tang Road, and south to Gonglu Highway. The main works include thinning (clearcutting), replanting of seedlings, pruning, cutting shrubs and weeds, greening improvement, and infrastructure construction. The main thinning species are Ligustrum lucidum and Sapindus mukurossi. The replanted trees include Machilus thunbergii and Cinnamomum camphora. The main tree species for plant landscape improvement include Acer buergerianum, Magnolia denudata, and Magnolia heptapeta. The planted ground covers include Pennisetum americanum, Acorus calamus var.

3.2具备市政工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，并具备有效的安全生产许可证。
3.3拟派项目经理具有市政公用工程专业贰级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目经理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3.1 Not included in the list of dishonesty and dishonesty of the "Credit China website" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of serious violations and dishonesty in government procurement on the "China Government Procurement website" (www.ccgp.gov.cn) [subject to the credit record within 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the initial response document]. 3.2 Possessing a third-level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal engineering construction, and possessing a valid safety production license. 3.3 The proposed project manager possesses a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or higher in municipal public works engineering, possesses a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project manager of any other ongoing construction projects.
