简要规则描述：对惠南镇域内农村公路12条村道及22条乡道（共计44.105公里）等设施量进行养护，包括但不仅限于34条农村道路的路基、路面、桥梁、防护工程、雨水排水设施等土建工程及道路标志标线、防冲护栏、禁入栅等附属设施的清扫保洁，经常性养护和修补其轻微损坏部分的作业等。工作具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以磋商文件相应规定为准（详见采购需求）。
Brief Specification Description: Maintain the facilities of 12 village roads and 22 township roads (totaling 44.105 kilometers) within the jurisdiction of Huinan Town, including but not limited to the civil engineering works such as roadbed, pavement, bridges, protective engineering, rainwater drainage facilities, road signs and markings, anti-collision guardrails, no entry barriers and other ancillary facilities of 34 rural roads. Regularly maintain and repair their slightly damaged parts. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the negotiation document (see procurement requirements for details).

(5)有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；
(6)供应商在近三年内无违法犯罪记录；

(1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years;
