Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The elderly who are over 70 years old with registered residence registration in Huinan Town, and those who live in elderly care institutions, will be treated with respect, love and warmth. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents (see the project procurement requirements in the bidding documents for details).

(6)投标人在近三年内无违法犯罪记录；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This project requires online bidding, and bidders must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The bidder has no criminal record in the past three years;
