简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：医院分惠南及新场两个院区，是一家二级甲等综合性中医医院。惠南院区位于上海市浦东新区惠南镇东门大街43号，总建筑面积约16444㎡。核定床位318张，在岗职工约600人，年门急诊量约78万人次，年出院人次约1.66万人次，年手术量约0.45万人次。新场院区位于上海市浦东新区新场镇牌楼东路588号，总建筑面积约128000㎡，设计床位800张，即将开业运营。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The hospital is divided into Huinan and Xinchang, and it is a second-class comprehensive Chinese medicine hospital. Huinan Campus is located at No.43 Dongmen Street, huinan town, Pudong New Area, with a total construction area of about 16,444m2. There are 318 beds approved, and there are about 600 employees on the job. The annual emergency treatment volume is about 780,000 person-times, the annual discharge volume is about 16,600 person-times, and the annual operation volume is about 4500 person-times. Xinchang Campus is located at No.588, Pailou East Road, Xinchang Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total construction area of about 128,000 ㎡ and 800 designed beds. It will be opened soon.
合同履约期限：服务期一年。惠南院区服务期限暂定为2026年1月1日~2026年9月30日，新场院区服务期限暂定为2025年10月1日~2026年9月30日。
The Contract Period: The service period is one year. The service period of Huinan Campus is tentatively scheduled from January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, and the service period of Xinchang Campus is tentatively scheduled from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
