Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Fully responsible for the on-site reception and operation of the Zhangjiang Science City Exhibition Hall, including reception of visiting teams, important conference events, themed activities, exhibit management, daily support of exhibition hall equipment and facilities, daily administrative and logistical management, and other related tasks. (See Part III - Service Requirements Specification in the bidding documents for details).

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关鼓励支持创新、绿色发展以及支持中小企业、福利企业等政策规定。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: This procurement project implements government procurement policies and regulations that encourage and support innovation, green development, as well as support small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare enterprises.
(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的潜在投标人，不得参加本项目的采购活动；
2、单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同潜在投标人，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；
3、本项目不允许转包；
4、本项目专门面向中小微企业采购。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project; 2. The same person in charge of the unit or different potential bidders with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; 3. This project does not allow subcontracting; 4. This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises.
