中国恩菲工程技术有限公司哈萨克斯坦分公司现对财税相关服务进行询价采购。

Kazakhstan Branch of China ENFI Engineering Corporation is now conducting a quotation procurement for fiscal and tax-related services.

1.  询价基本信息

Basic Information

1.1  询价内容：中国恩菲工程技术有限公司哈萨克斯坦分公司财税服务，见附件1需求一览表。

Content：Financial and tax services of Kazakhstan Branch of China ENFI Engineering Corporation, see the demand list in Attachment 1.

1.2  技术要求：采购服务要求见附件1，需满足哈萨克斯坦政府记账报税相关标准，需满足哈萨克斯坦税务局纳税标准。

Requirements: The service requirements are specified in Appendix 1. The service must comply with the accounting and tax reporting standards of the Kazakhstani government, as well as the tax payment standards of the Kazakhstani Tax Service.

1.3  服务时间：2026年1月-2027年12月，如下一季度不再需要相关服务，将提前一个月进行通知

Service period: From January 2026 to December 2027, if the relevant services are no longer needed in the upcoming quarter, a one-month advance notice will be given.

1.4  付款条件：按照季度付款结算，付款币种为坚戈。

Payment will be made on a quarterly basis.The currency of payment is tenge.

1.5  询价、报价平台：于中国五矿集团有限公司供应链管理平台（*）以下称供应链管理平台发布公告，符合报价人资格条件的报价人向询价人表达报名意愿，询价人将通过邮箱向符合报价人资格条件的报价人发送报价人，请将报名信息发送至shiys@enfi.com.cn.

1.5 Inquiry and Quotation Platform: Announcements are published on the China Minmetals Corporation Supply Chain Management Platform (*), hereinafter referred to as the Supply Chain Management Platform. Bidders who meet the qualification requirements can express their intention to participate to the inquirer. The inquirer will send the quotation request to qualified bidders via email. Please send your registration information to shiys@enfi.com.cn.

2.  报价人基本资格条件

Basic Qualification Requirements for Bidders

2.1报价人须具有独立法人资格，具有有效的营业执照（须提供有效的营业执照扫描件）。

 Bidders must have independent legal status and possess a valid business license (a scanned copy of the valid business license must be provided).

2.2本次询价不接受代理商、经销商报价。

This inquiry does not accept quotations from agents or distributors.

2.3本次询价不接受联合体报价。

This inquiry does not accept joint bids.

3.1公开询价：符合第2条报价人基本资格条件的潜在报价人向询价人表达报名意愿，询价人将通过邮箱向符合资格条件的报价人发送询价文件，请将报名信息发送至shiys@enfi.com.cn.

Public Inquiry: Potential bidders who meet the basic qualification requirements of bidders under Article 2 may express their intention to register to the inquirer. The inquirer will send the inquiry document to bidders who meet the qualification requirements via email. Please send your registration information to shiys@enfi.com.cn.
