(c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、具有电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或输变电工程专业承包三级及以上资质；并同时具备国家能源局或其派出机构颁发的承装（修、试）电力设施许可三级及以上资质；
2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有机电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: Possessing a Grade 3 or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction or a Grade 3 or above qualification for specialized contracting of transmission and transformation engineering; And at the same time, it should possess the qualification of Grade three or above for the installation (repair, testing) of power facilities issued by the National Energy Administration or its dispatched institutions. 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4. Performance requirements: None; 5. Other requirements: None.
