简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：定期对河道水质进行取样检测并出具水质检测报告，从水质参数方面反映河道养护实际效果，区级及镇级河道每月检测一次，村级河道每年检测两次。所有监测断面均需监测水温、pH 值、溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、总磷等6项，湖泊增加1项总氮。每月出具一次河道水质检测报告。并对重点区域及水质异常区域进行跟踪检测及数据分析。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Regularly sample and test river water quality and issue water quality test reports to reflect the actual effect of river maintenance in terms of water quality parameters. District and town-level rivers are tested monthly, and village-level rivers are tested twice a year. All monitoring sections must monitor six parameters: water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus. For lakes, total nitrogen is added. River water quality test reports are issued monthly. Follow-up monitoring and data analysis are conducted on key areas and areas with abnormal water quality.
合同履约期限：计划一招两年（合同一年一签）。本次服务周期为2026年3月至2027年2月，服务期满经招标人验收合格后续签下一年合同。
The Contract Period: The plan is for a two-year contract (signed annually). The service period is from March 2026 to February 2027. Upon successful acceptance by the tendering party at the end of the service period, a new one-year contract will be signed.

3.3本项目不接受联合体形式投标。
3.4未被列入《信用中国网站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单和“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单。
3.5为该采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得再参加该项目的其他采购活动。
3.6单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动。
3.7符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
